warm welcome birthday upgrade good cookie convenient location
Beverly's warm welcome at check-in certainly stood out. I received an upgrade, a very nice touch as it was my partner's birthday. The complimentary hot cookie was a good treat. The M6 motorway and local amenities were conveniently close to the premises.
I found the air conditioning a bit difficult to adjust to my preference.

huge bed extra pillows
i loved my room! it was a beautiful king room! the bed was HUGE and i slept like a log. plus, there were so many extra pillows, it was a dream!
the gym only has two treadmills. i wanted more cardio options!

effective lighting multiple charging points efficient air conditioning positive staff
My room featured several charging points suitable for both Android and Apple devices. The lighting system was effective. I found the air conditioning simple to use. It was also efficient and reasonably quiet. The staff maintained a consistently positive attitude, even when managing the high demands of a large conference.
The shower screen didn't seal properly to the bath edge, this resulted in water on the bathroom floor.

the room offered a spacious king bed. i also found two comfortable armchairs for relaxed moments. the bathroom featured a rainfall shower and fluffy towels. the in room tea and coffee facilities were quite useful.
i noticed a slight delay at check out as the desk was briefly unattended.

excellent stay
smooth check-in spacious bed
the receptionist was very friendly. the room had all needed facilities and was spacious (i appreciated the layout). i would definitely stay at this hotel again. the room was also comfortable with a spacious bed.
the cost for breakfast seemed very high for both the buffet and bar options. i wish there were more reasonably priced options.
